If you are not completely satisfied with your North Sols purchase, we will gladly accept all merchandise returned within 30 days of your order date. We accept returns (except on final sale items) on merchandise that is unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new saleable condition.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In addition, perishable goods such as food and flowers, magazines, gift cards, and health and personal care items may not be returned. North Sols reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
RETURN ONLINE ORDERS BY MAIL
To request a return, please email customer service for a return authorization number. Returns received without an RA# will not be accepted. After receiving your RA#, please ensure to use a service with tracking capability, and include your order number. North Sols is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Original or return shipping costs are not refundable. If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact customer care immediately.
Items purchased as gifts are eligible for a gift certificate in the amount of the current value of the returned item.
